Record Maintenance Receiving final files does not mean that I erase your information and work from my data bank. Even after providing you with the final files, I maintain a record of your finalized design for no less then 1 year. Thus, if you need these final files again in future, I can send them to you. To obtain these files you can make request to me and I will provide you with the final files.
