No Middle Man, from start to finish you work with one person, all your concerns, inquiries, and needs handled by the same person with direct communication between us, unlike with big companies where every time you contact customer service you speak with a different person. You will receive my personalized attention to every job I perform.

How do I pay?
I accept PayPal, Major Credit Card, cash, or money order. No Personal Checks will be accepted. Payment to be received in full before project is started.

How long does it take to complete my order?
Most simple photo editing projects can be completed within 3 business days (one day for rush delivery) Complex photo restorations/editing can be completed within 5 business days (3 for rush delivery) From scratch graphic/web designs times may vary and you will receive an estimate upon ordering.

I don't know how to/don't own a scanner, can you help?
YES!! Unlike with just about every larger company out there, I am willing and able to scan in your images for you for a small additional fee for my time. All you need do is mail them to me.

Why is there a "Basic Service Fee" on photo edits?
Most pictures require basic color, saturation, contrast, and lighting enhancement. Some require centering, resizing, and perspective adjustment. I also enhance sharpness and clarity when needed. Editing projects exceeding $40 have the Basis Service Fee waived.

Do you offer a discount for multiple orders?
Yes! Orders placed for 3 or more photo edits or graphic designs are given 10% off the total price. Orders for small business solutions are available is packages that are already discounted as listed.

I want a small business package, but the specific things I need in it are not one of the options?
Feel free to contact me and I will be happy to put together a custom package at a discounted rate for you.

What is Color/Hue correction?
Sometimes when we take a photo the color just doesn't come out as vivid as we would have liked, or it comes out too bright, with this basic correction I can bring your photo to the level where you feel it should be.

What is Color change?
I can change the color of just about anything in your photo, from recoloring the whole picture, to adjusting the tiniest detail. Hair, eyes, clothing, building, car, etc.

What is Improve/Blur Focus?
Sometimes you have a great photo, just that there are allot of distractions in the background, these distractions can be blurred out and the main focus of the image made to stand out more, this is a much more realistic effect to add to a photo verses simply deleting the background.

What is Photo Restoration?
We all have old photos stashed away somewhere, only to find when we pull them out they are faded, damaged, dusty, folded, torn, etc. Fear not, for most photos, photo restoration can save them and bring them back to life. Most backgrounds, clothing, items in photos can be corrected/replaced, however, it is not possible to recreate someone's' face unfortunately, so if a face is not visible, I may not be able to help unless you have another photo of that person to put in place of the missing piece.

What is Glamorize?
To glamorize a photo, I remove the original background and replace it with one a "Photo Studio" backdrop or use other techniques, to create a more attractive background. Then I make cosmetic changes to improve clothes, hair and skin. The resulting image becomes what appears to be a professionally take photograph.

What is Colorize?
Colorizing is a process in which photos that are originally Black and White (or other faded shades of color), are restored and have color added to them. I will work one on one very closely with you during this process to make sure that I have the colors you expect perfect. Keep in mind, depending on how many subjects are in a photo, this process can be lengthy, and you should not expect a rush order in less then 5 days, though I will do the best I can to complete it as quickly as possible.

I have a video I want edited, but it's a VHS, can you convert it to DVD?
Absolutely! Just remember that VHS's age and wear out, tracking may go bad, colors may fade. The quality of the VHS you give me will determine the quality of the DVD I can produce for you.
